Next Step Nursing Services was created to extend the same patient-centered philosophy behind Next Step Specialty Pharmacy to those in need.

We saw firsthand that even the best therapies fall short when patients lack hands-on support, education, and continuity once they leave the clinic or hospital. Too often, nursing care is fragmented, reactive, or disconnected from the pharmacy and provider teams managing therapy decisions.

So we built something better.

Next Step Nursing Services delivers skilled nursing and infusion support designed to work seamlessly with specialty pharmacy services and prescribing providers. Our nurses focus on clinical quality, clear communication, and real-world problem solving, because patients don’t experience care in silos.

At the same time, we’ve built a national network of experienced RNs capable of supporting a wide range of services, including health assessments, screenings, mobile events, and patient-facing clinical support for both the government and commercial sectors. Our model is designed for rapid deployment, consistent coverage, and reliable execution across both urban and rural markets.

This allows us to meet patients where they are, while also supporting healthcare organizations, payers, and program operators that require scalable, dependable nursing coverage in the field.

Our leadership team brings experience across specialty pharmacy, nursing, care coordination, and healthcare operations. We’ve worked inside the systems patients and providers rely on every day, and we’ve seen where those systems fall short.
