Our commitment to patient privacy
It is the policy of Next Step Nursing Services that all information concerning patient service or care shall be treated confidentially.
It is our duty to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of our patient’s protected health information (PHI).
We are required by law to maintain the privacy of a patient’s PHI, which includes any individually identifiable information that we obtain that relates to past, present or future physical or mental health, the health received, or payment for health care. We will share protected health information, as necessary, to carry out treatment, payment, or healthcare operations relating to the services to be rendered by Next Step Nursing Services.
